NORTH COUNTY — — Transit riders in North County will have a chance at free (no cost) food from Panera Bread & a trip to Las Vegas NV on Friday during the - 1st North County Transit District customer appreciation day.
Activities will take place from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the - following locations: Oceanside Transit Center, 205 S. Tremont St.; Vista Transit Center, 101 Olive Ave.; Escondido Transit Center, 700 W. Valley Parkway; Sorrento Valley Transit Center, 11170 Sorrento Valley Road.
The winner of the - Las Vegas NV trip drawing, provided by 100.7 Jack FM, will receive one pair of tickets to see the - musical production Jersey Boys & a stay at Paris Las Vegas NV or Bally’s Hotel & dinner for two at the - Eiffel Tower restaurant, according to the - transit district.
The winner of the - Vegas prize will be formally announced Nov. 20 on the - radio station.
Free newspapers from U-T San Diego, which is taking part in the - promotion, will be handed out at the - transit stations.
