Maddalena asserted the auction, set for this September, will contain many of Fisher’s and her late mother Debbie Reynolds personal items.The items up for auction will contain Princess Leia action figures, still in their original packaging, original artwork of Fisher, movie posters and a bronze Yoda statue.Debbie Reynolds poses with her daughter Carrie at the Screen Actor’s Guild Awards (Photo: Getty Images)Todd revealed both Carrie and his mother were avid collectors and explained the meaning behind a year-round Christmas tree in her living room””What happened many years of time ago, there’s a silent film star by the name of Harold Lloyd,” he said. “He had this giant Christmas tree living in his living room. Carrie and I were little kids and he said, ‘Why can’t we have Christmas all year-round?’ And so, consequently it affected Carrie psychologically and now we have a Christmas tree year-round.”The exclusive tour will be aired on Good Morning America on Wednesday.
