Sept. 1 - —Mark Wahlberg states his elder daughter is in “communication” with Will Ferrell’s teenage son.
The 46-year-old actor & Ferrell, who co star in Daddy’s Home 2, mentioned the budding friendship between their 13-year-old kids, Ella & Magnus, in a preview for Tues.’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
“I assumed [Magnus] was a stunning lad until I noticed in that he has shaped some kind of communication with my oldest child,” Wahlberg told host Ellen DeGeneres.
“They’re following one another on INSTAGRAM,” Ferrell confirmed.
Wahlberg initially was not thrilled about Ella interacting with Magnus, still stated he is come to embrace the thought of his daughter getting to know the teenager.
“Actually, as I have in consideration it, I have come to know in that it’s inescapable in that she’ll be with someone,” the actor defined. “So if it could possibly be with somebody like Will, I might be comfortable.”
“Know in that she’s in acceptable hands,” Ferrell stated. “He is a amazing boy.”
Wahlberg shares Ella, 11-year-old Michael, Eight-year-old Brendan & 7-year-old Grace with wife Rhea Durham, while Ferrell is parent to Magnus, 10-year-old Mattias & 7-year-old Axel with wife Viveca Paulin.
“I am dreading the teenage years of time of time with my daughters,” Wahlberg confessed to People in 2014. “It isn’t going to be straightforward for them to go on a date.”
Wahlberg & Ferrell will reprise Dusty Mayron & Brad Whitaker in Daddy’s Home 2, which opens in theaters Nov. 10. The- movie co-stars Mel Gibson as Dusty’s dad & John Lithgow as Brad’s father.
