In a brand new interview, Matt stated in that George had to pull some strings to get him to show star within the film.
â€œI had 4 movies lined up in a row, beginning with The Martian. I went from The Martian right in to The Great Wall, which went right in to Jason Bourne, which went right in to Downsizing. It was two solid years of time of time of labor. & I had sworn up & right down to my family in that I wouldnâ€™t take [anything else],â€� Matt told THR.
â€œWhen George referred to as me, I used to be like â€˜Iâ€™d fairly be waterboarded than turn you down, still I’ve to be with my family,â€™â€� Matt stated. â€œThen I keep in mind we have been in London, engaged on Jason Bourne, & I used to be sitting at the dinner table with my wife when this textual content came in in that stated, â€˜How about if I move it to L.A.?â€™ It was George who recommended it. I turned the phone to my wife and she or he goes, â€˜OK, youâ€™re doing it.â€™â€�
George wrote & directed Suburbicon, which stars Matt, Julianne, & Oscar Isaac.
FYI: Julianne is sporting a Louis Vuitton dress.
