Tom Petty, the frontman of Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, died Mon. after he was found unconscious at his Calif. home. He was 66.
Tony Dimitriades, the band’s supervisor, formally announced the singer’s death in a press release. Petty was reportedly taken off life support after going in to cardiac arrest on Sun. at his Malibu home.
