& it seems like Spice Girl turned fashion designer Victoria Beckham is ensuring her young children follow in her footsteps.
The show star took to social media this current week to show off what she was getting ready for her youngest kids – Romeo, 15, Cruz, 12, & six-year-old daughter Harper – as an after-school treat.
In a video uploaded on INSTAGRAM, the mum-of-four can be seen soaking wholesome mixed seeds in Liquid Aminos.
“Seeds doused in organic Aminos! Grilled until crispy! After school snack,” she captioned a shot of the seeds just out of the oven.
Victoria’s post comes after it was reported in that the designer is claimed to have consulted a doctor to determine one of the best anti-aging remedies.

The orders to pile on some lbs is claimed to have delighted retired sportsman husband David.

Just this summer time, she opened up about her exhausting fitness regime & eating regimen.

Before this, she told ELLE magazine in that she loved working out firstly of her day, explaining: “Usually, I wake up, do half my work-out â€“ an hour â€“ wake the children up, give them breakfast, take them to high school, get back, do another hour, quickly shower after which come in to work.”
While up to now she has mentioned her strict low-carb food plan, telling American ELLE previously: “I eat lots of fish, lots of vegetables & numerous fruit. I work out each day, six or seven days [a week].â€�
