In a new Instagram Live, Queen guitarist Brian May changed his stance on the possibilities for a second movie.

Just last year, Brian told Rolling Stone that he didn’t think there was room for another movie at the time.
“We don’t really think there’s another movie there. That’s the long and the short of it…I think we should look somewhere else,” he had shared.
Now though, Brian says that there actually might be room for a sequel.
“We are looking at it. Yeah, we have been looking at ideas,” he shared. “It’s going to be hard to follow that one as none of us could have predicted how massive that was going to be. We put a lot of heart and soul into making it and no one could have predicted [its success] as it was bigger than Gone with the Wind.”
Brian added, “Yes, we are thinking maybe it could happen, but it would have to be a great script. It’s going to take a while to figure that out.”
Bohemian Rhapsody earned $904 million worldwide, and won four Oscars, including Best Actor for Rami Malek. The movie is currently the highest-grossing music film and biopic ever made.
