People are so confused by Caitlyn Jenner‘s latest tweet because she seems to be criticizing… herself.
The 71-year-old former Olympian and reality star just returned to Los Angeles after spending the last few weeks in Australia, where she was competing on Celebrity Big Brother.
Caitlyn is now back on her campaign trail to become the next Governor of California in the upcoming recall election in September.
On Monday afternoon (August 9), Caitlyn responded to someone who tweeted, “Vote No on the Recall!”
Caitlyn retweeted that tweet and said, “Why? Do you want more unemployment? More from? More illegal immigration bringing COVID? Schools closed? BS! Forget #GavinNewsom.”
The next tweet that Caitlyn sent out is what confused everyone.

Just 26 minutes later, Caitlyn quote tweeted her own tweet and said, “Honestly shocked she would retweet that. Thank you! A very important story that needs to come to all Californians.”
So, what happened? Some people are wondering if Caitlyn has a second Twitter account where she was trying to post something, but forgot to switch accounts. Or perhaps she pressed RT on the wrong tweet when she wrote that message. It’s unclear at the moment! The tweet is still live, and you can see below.
